Representing Imus, Cavite. Utter Haven is the brainchild of

Jabes Saitanan. Original Music with a pinch of Experimental
Delusion. Compositions are heavily influenced by Different
Genres of Music (primarily rock music). With a goal of fusing
and tweaking technical aspects of Music with stage theatrics
for each composition. Utter Haven’s name was based from
Outer Heaven (Metal Gear Franchise).
