Role Summary
The post holder will be responsible for supporting development and delivery of the Data Quality Programme
across the Trust.
The post holder will ensure effective collection, recording and management of sound and accurate data
across the Organisation, supporting the continuous improvement of Data Quality. Assist in corporate rolling
audit programme, supporting collection and reporting of outcomes. Record, monitor and action returned
clinical information to support timely continued patient care.

competence as defined in the KSF outline for this post. In addition all staff are expected to act in accordance

ROLE DUTIES MEASURABLE OUTCOMES

 Support effective audit of patient pathway – ensuring data items  Use Quadramed (QCPR), Clinical Spine and X X X X X
