PR 1 INSTRUCTION FOR PROPOSAL HEARING

1. Prepare a power point presentation about your study. Include only the important parts. Make it
brief.
2. Class, instead of shooting the video by group, shoot it individually. Just insert the video on the
PPT. (So let’s say student A was assigned to present SOP, his/her video must be inserted on the
SOP part of the PPT.) This is to ensure that all groups can pass on Monday. No need to meet
during the weekends. Just send your videos to the assigned editor.
3. Wear your uniforms and nametags during the presentation.
4. You can prepare a note but DO NOT READ EVERTHING.
5. Use the English language.
6. Upload the PPT through google drive on Monday, May 6, 2024 (but the earlier, the better).
Then, send the link to our group chat. Filename should be the name of your section and group
number. For example, HUMSS B – Group 1.
7. These are the parts to be included in the presentation:
a. INTRODUCTION (Do not read the entire introduction; make sure to only mention the
historical context, motivation and importance of your study)

c. PURPOSE OF THE STUDY/ OBJECTIVES (Mention all)

study)
g. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM (Mention all)
h. METHODOLOGIES (Design, Environment, Participants, Sampling, Instrument and

8. You have the freedom to divide the task but make sure that everyone can present.
9. Print 1 hardcopy of your study for me. Put in inside a short white folder, clip it and pass it on
Monday, May 6, 2024. It should contain EVERYTHING from Cover, Table of Contents, Chapter 1-
