employees. But then again, the clock is ticking as the world is evolving. Individual especially the
people nowadays must adapt the market trends not just on innovation but also on making job list
or job hiring as easy as possible. Using technology is very essential in today’s world, it is
because technology is everywhere and every individual has this social media to see what’s the
world is giving. Such as jobs, one search about job hiring and it will allow you to see those
companies nor business who’s looking for people. Also, using an Gmail or messenger app unto
submitting a resume rather than meeting people or HR face to face. However, these trends also
come with challenges. Ensuring effective remote and hybrid work models requires new
approaches to management and collaboration. Promoting DEI necessitates sustained effort and
systemic change. Leveraging AI and automation must be balanced with considerations for ethics
and fairness. Enhancing the candidate experience and building a strong employer brand require
continuous investment and strategic focus. Lastly, data-driven recruitment strategies depend on
the ability to collect and analyze relevant data effectively.
