Acute Severe 1. Pneumonia/Consolidation Acute Left Ventricular

Bronchial Asthma (BA) 2. RTI Failure (ALVE)

Chronic Obstructive 1. Pleural effusion due to TB or 1. Acidosis DKA.

Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Pneumonia or others. 2. Uremia CREF/ARF
2. Pheumothorax (diminished BS)+ 3. Emotional/GAD/
hyper resonance percussion note Functional HCR/
Malingering.
