Sl Instructions to Candidates ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ

1 In view of delay in arrival by bus, train etc. candidates are advised ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಬಸ್, ರೈಲು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ
to take extra precautions in reaching the examination centre before ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ
the scheduled time. ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ.

2 Candidates should not carry any Modern Electronic Equipments,
Gadgets, Pagers, Mobile Phones, Bluetooth, Markers, White Fluid,
Calculator, Wireless sets, bits of paper, books / note etc. into the
Examination Hall, as these items are prohibited for use in the
examination hall.
ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್
ಉಪಕರಣಗಳು, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್, ಬ್ಲೂಟೂಥ್, ಸ್ಲ್ಯೆಡ್ ರೂಲ್ಸ್,
ಕ್ಯಾಲ್ಕ್ಯುಲೇಟರ್, ವೈಟ್ ಫ್ಲ್ಯೂಯಿಡ್, ವೈರ್ಲೆಸ್ ಸೆಟ್ಸ್, ಪೇಪರ್ ಚೀಟಿ, ಬುಕ್ಸ್ /
ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ತರುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ

3 Along with the Admission Ticket candidate must carry any one
Valid Identity Card like Driving License / Passport / Aadhar Card /
PAN Card / Voter ID / 2nd PUC or 12th Std. Admission Ticket,
compulsorily.
ಈ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರದ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವ
ಯಾವುದಾದರು ಒಂದು, ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ, ಡ್ರೈವಿಂಗ್ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ /
ಪಾಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ / ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ / ಪಾನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ / ಮತದಾರರ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ /
2ನೇ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಅಥವಾ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರ, ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು
ಹೋಗಬೇಕು.

4 The candidates are not allowed to wear / carry any type of wrist ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕೈಗಡಿಯಾರವನ್ನು
watch to the examination hall / room. Candidates are informed to ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು / ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾರಿಸುವ
check the Bell Timings hosted on the KEA Website for Caution Bells ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವೆಬ್ಸೈಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ
at different intervals. ಪ್ರಚುರ ಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಬೆಲ್ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಕೋರಿದೆ.

5 Candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall ONLY on ಈ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರದ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವ ಯಾವುದಾದರು ಒಂದು ಗುರುತಿನ
production of this Admission Ticket and Valid Identity Card. ಚೀಟಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯೊಳಗೆ
ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು ಬಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

6 Candidates have to be present at the examination centre ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಬೆಲ್ ಆಗುವ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮೊದಲು
premises at least two hours before the first bell. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿರಬೇಕು.

7 Candidates are required to occupy their respective seats in ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಬೆಲ್ ಆದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ
the Examination Hall immediately after the First bell. ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಗದಿತ ಆಸನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಮೂರನೇ
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination hall ಬೆಲ್ ಆದ ನಂತರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ
after the Third bell. ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

8 The candidate should use only Blue or Black ink ball point ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನೀಲಿ ಅಥವ ಕಪ್ಪು ಶಾಯಿಯ ಬಾಲ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಪೆನ್ನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ
pens. ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಬೇಕು.

9 Candidates have to write their name on the OMR Answer ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಬೆಲ್ ಆದ ನಂತರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಓಎಂಆರ್ ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
Sheet issued to them after the first bell. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.

10 Afterwards, candidates have to enter the CET Number and ನಂತರ, ಬೆಲ್ ಸಮಯ / ಸೂಚನೆಗಳಂತೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಿಇಟಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು
shade the respective circles on the OMR answer sheet as per ಓ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೃತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು
bell timings / instructions. ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಬೇಕು.

11 Candidates have to enter the Version Code of the Question ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ವರ್ಷನ್ ಕೋಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಓ.ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
Booklet on the OMR answer sheet and the respective circles ಬರೆದು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೃತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಬೇಕು.

12 Candidates should carefully enter the “Question Booklet ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ “ವರ್ಷನ್ ಕೋಡ್ / ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ” ಯನ್ನು ನಾಮಿನಲ್
Version Code / Serial Number” on the nominal roll. ರೋಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.

13 Candidates should carefully enter the “Answer Sheet Serial ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಓಎಂಆರ್ ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ “ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ” ಯನ್ನು ನಾಮಿನಲ್ ರೋಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ
Number” on the nominal roll. ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.

14 Candidates will not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯ ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಿಂದ
till completion of exam scheduled time. ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

15 Candidates are strictly advised to preserve this ‘Admission ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಜೋಪಾನವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮೊಡನೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು,
Ticket’ carefully and produce whenever it is required. ಅವಶ್ಯಕವೆನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.
