INFORMATION REGARDING CLASSES OF PRE NURSERY

Dear Parents/Guardian,

New session for Pre Nursery will commence from 30.03.2024 (Saturday). Kindly be
informed about following:

 On 30.03.2024, students will be coming to Vidyalaya in regular school uniform along

with parents.
 It is mandatory for the parents to come on 30.03.2024.
 Timing of school for Pre Nursery on 30.03.2024 is 9:00 am – 11:00 am (Buses will not
ply). Kindly take entry from Gate No 2 (Near Sree Ayyappa Students will come along
with their parents from Gate No. 2. It is advised to take entry latest by 8:50 am.
 All stationeries and books will be submitted to class teacher on 30.03.2024. (Every
item should be properly labelled with permanent marker and put in a polybag)

CLASSES FROM 01.04.2024

 Regular School timing for Pre Nursery is 8:00 am – 11:30 am. However for first
week from 01.04.2024, timing would be 8:00 am - 10:30 am. Kindly ensure
entry latest by 7:55 am.

 Bus route and timing will be available at Vidyalaya’s website and in Class
WhatsApp Groups on 29.03.2024 by evening.

 Parents of those students who will be availing bus facility are requested to bring
students at designated bus stop at least 10 minutes in advance from the
scheduled timings.

 The students who are non-bus commuters will be taking entry and exit from Gate
No 2 only.

 Parents are requested to purchase House Uniform once the House name is
communicated by Class Teacher. Students will be wearing House uniform on the
day having Games period and on special occasions which will be communicated
by Class Teacher.
