ADVANCE PAYMENTS DETAILS:

2 Month SD, plus check in rent for the current month will be
collected at first . SD will be fully refundable as one month will
be adjusted in the last month rent remaining one month SD
will be refunded.

• For booking 50% of the SD will be used, SD is non refundable

after booking.
• Remaining 50% SD plus check in rent can be collected while
checking in to the property.
