Start Date: Wednesday, February 14, 2024
Salary: $25 per hour
Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and occasional Saturdays
Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM daily

As a Front Desk Clerk and Customer Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing
exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and visitors. Your
responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, managing
inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

We understand that you have chosen to undertake two roles within our company. To ensure that
you are fully prepared for the responsibilities associated with each position, there will be a
one-week training period starting on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The training
fee for one position is $200, and for two positions, it is $400. This fee covers the cost of training
materials and resources provided during the training period.

Please note that completion of the training is mandatory before you can commence your duties
as a Front Desk Clerk and Customer Representative. We trust that you will approach this
training period with dedication and enthusiasm to excel in your roles.
