Our ever-supportive and approachable Public Schools District Supervisor, Madam Nelia G. Nicolas. To our very

teaching personnel of Leonardo Barrun Elementary School, to our guest from Burias, maam. To our
active Barangay Officials headed by our generous Barangay Captain Lino B. Gobangco, parents and

ROBERT:
We are all enthusiastically gathered here this afternoon to celebrate the 2023 National Observance of the Filipino Values Month with the theme:
“MATATAG NA EDUKASYON, MATATAG NA KARAKTER MORAL: Kaakibat ng Magandang Kinabukasan ng Bawat Pilipino.

CLARA:
Filipino Values Month looks to advance recognition of values that are remarkably and emphatically
Filipino. These include love of God and country, solid family ties, care and regard for older folks,
perseverance, and tolerance. In the heart of the Philippines, this celebration unfolds as a vibrant
tapestry woven with the threads of unity, resilience, and compassion. This serves as a poignant
reminder of the deeply rooted values that define the Filipino spirit.

PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
