Vacations Vacation premium


Starting in 14 days, increasing 2 days for each
year of services until reaching 16 in the 5th year
and until the 9th. From the tenth, it increases 2

Earned (earn) days


4 days with pay, 1 enjoyable every quarter (Flexibility available subject to prior agreement with

ary to December, (social security disability or 5 days with pay (this
medical prescription are not required). also applies for adoption).

Bereavement days 3 days with pay.

As per Mexico labor law we have 7 days per year as official Holidays, additional to those
days UST gives 3 extra days (good Thursday and Good Friday and Day of the Dead).

Disability payment Christmas bonus:


As social security starts paying disabilities start-
ing from the 4th day, the company covers 100%
of salary during the first 3 days.

Food vouchers
$ 1,075 pesos per month. (One thousand
seventy-five pesos).

Major Medical Expenses Insurance:

Our policy offers deductible $ 3,746 pesos (three thousand seven hundred forty- six)
(lowest in the market) and insured sum of $ 15 million pesos per event.

Dental support
2 dental cleanings a year and discounts with a Dentalia provider.

This coverage is part of our major medical insurance, Vision support: $ 1,100 (one
thousand one hundred pesos) for prescription lenses and $ 700 (seven hundred
pesos) for contact lenses.

Maternity support Life Insurance
