TASK 1:

The line graph illustrates the propotion of Australian exports to four

different countries namely japan, US, China and India between 1990 and 2012.
Overall, it is clear that exporting of Australia to china and India increased,
but the opposite was true for the figures for Japan and US. In addition, the
quanlity of Australian exports to Japan was highest between 1990 and 2008.
Morever, that to China underwent the most dramtic change over the period
shown.
In 1990, the propotion of Australian exports to japan reached a peak, at
25%, surpassing approximatively 11% and 2% the figures for US and China
respectively. Furthermore, India was the lowest compare to three countries, with
1%. Over the following ten years, there was a sharp increase in the propotion of
Australian exports to japan from 1990 to 2000, while the figure for two
countries namely china and india increased slightly to 5% and 2% respectively.
In addtion, the US saw a fluctuation from 1990 to 2000. the propotion of
Australian exports to US decreased significantly to 8%, after which the figure
rose sharply to 10%.
From 2000 to 2012, the propotion of Australian exports to japan
increased, rising to 20% from 2000 to 2008. Then japan decreased sharply to
17%. Similarly, the india increased significantly by 7% , at which point fell
sharply to 5%. The propotion of Australian exports to US saw a decrease to 5%,
while the figure for that to China increased sharply by nearly 25%. The
propotion of Australian exports to US and China converged in 2003

The line graph illustrates the average hours spent by four car
manufactures namely General moto, ford, toyota and honda to produce cars at
their US factories.
Overall, it is clear that the average hours to produce cars of four car
manufactues decreased sharply over the period shown. The average hours spent
by Honda to produce vehicles in US was the lowest. Futhermore, the Genera
Motor and ford underwent the most dramtic change between 1998 and 2005.
In 1998, The average hours spent by general motor hit the highest point, t
32%, surpassing 28% and 23% the figures for ford and toyota respectively. The
average hours spent by honda was the lowest, at 22%. Over the following five
years, the average hours spent by general motor decreased sharply from 23% to
27%, while the figure for ford increased significantly to 31%. There was a slight
increase in the average hours spent by toyota to 23% but declined till 2001 to
22%. By contrast, the honda decreased significantly to 20% in 1990 but bounce
back on 2001 to 23%.
Between 2001 and 2005, Genera motor and ford dropped to 24% and
23,9% respectively. The average hours spent by toyota increased significantly
from 22% to 24% in 2002, after which this figure fell sharply to 22% in 2005.
Similarly, Honda increased to 24%, at which point this figure started to fell to
20%.
BAR CHART

The bar chart illustrates the average daily the lowest and highest levels of
SO2 and N20 which caused pollution in four metropolises namely Los Angeles,
Calcutta, Beijing and Mexico City in 2000.
Overall, it is clear that the quanlity of air pollutants in Mexico city was
the more contaiminated than Los Angeles, Calcutta and Beijing. Furthermore,
the average of SO2 and N20 was higher than other cities.
In Los Angeles, the quanlity of SO2 ( emitted into ) in the atmosphere was
the lowest of all cities, with a minimum average of 2 micro-grams per m3 and
maximum average 10 micro-grams per m3. The levels of N20 emitted into the
air were higher than Calcutta and Beijing, at total minimum and maximum of
142 micro-grams per m3. Similarly, The Mexico city was the highest polluted
city, with 80 and 200 micro-grams per m3 of minimum levels of SO2 and 113
and 207 micro-grams per m3 of minimum levels of N20.
In Calcutta and Beijing, the levels of air polluted by N2O less than that by
SO2. he daily average maximum figures for SO2 emissions were 59 micro-
grams per m3 in Calcutta and 100 micro-grams per m3 in Beijing while the
average maximum figures for N2O were just over 50 micro-grams per m3
