JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT KS PRECISION

 To perform quality testing of products Manufactured through Plastic Injection Molding.

 To perform initial and final inspection of products including dimensional, NDT and hardness to ensure all
quality requirements.
 To perform visual test like flow marks, burn marks, air voids, sink marks, short size and flashing on front,
top tank, base tank, side grills, back grills of air cooler and top panel, glass covers of wash and spin wash,
spin basket of washing machine.
 To perform hardness test and Leakage test of water tank of air cooler.
 To perform in-process inspection according to procedures, standards and customer's specifications.
 To interact with customers and understand their needs.
 Prepare test procedure whenever needed.
 Perform any other related duties as assigned by reporting manager.
