Nowadays, Information Technology (IT) is more and more popular in developed countries.

IT workers
also earn a lot of money. Therefore, many IT professionals from undeveloped (developing) countries are
choosing to live and work in richer countries. As a result Gradually, it might make their young generation
unable to develop in IT. However, this can be tackled by offering IT professionals more incentives to stay
in their own countries and by providing better paying jobs.

One possible problem is that some companies from developing countries lack innovation and creativity
in IT field sector. As a result, IT professionals are concerned about their improving skills, and it can cause
brain-drain. Moreover, if IT experts from poor countries leave for other developed lands for better
salaries, it would could be harmful to new generations. For instance, especially in developing countries,
a lot of young people may have many challenges to pursue IT education abroad. Therefore, IT
professionals need to play important roles in teaching IT education to generation from their own
countries.

To address this issue, one solution could be for governments and companies to invest in their IT
infrastructures and create more attractive job opportunities for IT professionals such as promoting
paying better salaries and providing competitive jobs. It would also help them improve their abilities and
prevent from brain-drain (prevent talents from leaving the country).

To sum up, most IT professionals might earn less and they may not get opportunitiess to be more
advanced their skills in undeveloped countries than in richer countries. However, governments and
companies can encourage and convince IT professionals to convince to work for their own countries by
giving satisfactory salaries and innovative IT education.
