CAPSTONE PROJECT

Topic Introduction
The aim of this project is to build a system to support buyers in purchasing products,
managing orders, contacting stores, etc. The system needs to support sales through various
channels such as direct sales at the store, selling through the store's website, selling through e-
commerce platforms, and through social media.

Requirements Specification/Challenge
Survey the user experience of existing store systems that support purchasing, analyze current features, and assess
their strengths and weaknesses. Referencing platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.
Analyze, propose, and design a purchasing support system: interface, functionality, data, deployment solutions, etc.
The system should integrate with a live database.
The system needs to connect with at least one existing third party (social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube,
or delivery services like express delivery, economical delivery, etc.).
Develop and test the system.

Methodology
The project is carried out following the standard software development process, which comprises 6 stages:
Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, Maintenance. Additionally, it integrates
with the Agile model to enhance flexibility and efficiency throughout the project deployment process.
