PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. Title of Project:

Feeding Program: BATANG BUSOG MATALINO (Project BBM)

II. Proposed Implementing Unit/Section:

Mathematics Department

III. Project Rationale:

The most common problem in every community are food most

specially during times of disasters and calamities wherein prices of
commodities like food are in surge. Majority of the Filipinos are
suffering from hunger and are even starving to death. With the help of
concerned citizens, the government, organizations and foundation
we can implement a program that could help our community.

Supplemental feeding program is the most outreached solution

one could offer in a community. Basically, it is the best preparation
for students in public school so as to encourage healthy living through
healthy eating.

IV.Objectives:

To improve the nutritional health of students, to stimulate regular

attendance and also to introduce proper nutrition to children and their
families. To provide Mathematics tutorial and tips on how to enjoy
mathematics and solve real life problems.

V. Target Physical Outputs

Feeding program with tutorial in numeracy and literacy;

- 25 learners who participated in the end-of-the-school-year
enrichment class
