ASSIGNMENT

WILL

I, Mr Richard, husband of Mrs Natasha, do hereby revoke all my previous Wills (or) Codicils
and declare that this is my last Will, which I make on August 5 of the year 2020.

I declare that I am in good health and possess a sound mind. This Will is made by me without
any persuasion or coercion and out of my own independent decision only.

I appoint Mr Johnson, a loyal friend of mine to be the executor of this Will.

I bequeath the following assets to my Wife Mrs Natasha and my two Sons who are
minor

1. My pent house where we reside.

2. My bank fixed deposits in the Royal Bank of India bearing Rs. 50 lakhs.

3. My two cars.

4. The gold worth Rs.20 lakhs kept in a safe deposit.

5. Any other asset not mentioned in this Will but of which I am the owner.

All the above assets are owned by me. No one else has rights on these properties.

I wish to leave a cheque for an amount of Rs. 50,000 to give farewell dinner to the team
LAWLEDGE.
