Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the workplace relationship on job satisfaction, as
perceived by the respondent. Specifically, this study seek to answer the following
questions:
1. What is the level of workplace relationship of respondents in terms of:
1.1 Employer-employee relationship;
1.2 Employee-employee relationship
2. What is the level of job satisfaction of respondents in terms of:
2.1 Work;
2.2 Supervisor;
2.3 Communication
3. Is there a relationship between work relationships and job satisfaction of
Manufacturing Company?
4. In what domain of workplace relationship significantly influences job satisfaction?

Null Hypothesis
The following null hypothesis has been formulated and tested at 0.05 level of
significance:
Ho1: There is no significant relationship between work relationship and job satisfaction
of Monde Nissin Company.
Ho2: There is no domain of work relationship significantly influence job satisfaction.
