COLOR DOPPLER VENOUS BOTH LOWER EXTREMITIES

Veins of both the lower extremities were scanned with B mode and with the Colour Doppler Mode
beginning from the common femoral vein, superficial femoral vein, popliteal vein, the posterior Tibial
vein and the anterior Tibial veins. The scanned were assessed for, phasic respiratory variation,
augmentation with squeeze and compressibility of the veins. The valves were assessed for any
incompetence. The superficial veins were assessed forvaricosities, any thrombophlebitis and flow
reversal in the perforators.

There is no e/o any deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity veins.

There is no e/o any varicosities or incompetent perforators.
