Background of the Study

This background underscores the critical importance of OHS in achieving sustainable development, illustrating how effective health and safety
measures not only protect workers but also contribute to economic and social well-being globally.

Impact of Specific OHS Measures (Regression 10

Analysis)

The regression analysis indicates that safety and health rules (SAHR) have a significant positive impact on job performance.
However, first-aid supports and trainings (FAST) and organizational safety supports (OSS) do not show a statistically significant
impact on job performance, although OSS has a positive coefficient. The overall model is highly significant, explaining a large
proportion of the variance in job performance.
