For the treatment of mild-to-moderate eczema for 3 months of age and older

Steroid-free EUCRISA can be used

almost everywhere on almost everybody
Topical use only. Do not use in eyes, mouth, or vagina.

Works both above and below the skin’s surface to treat eczema

EUCRISA gets to work on the surface

of the skin, but it doesn’t stop there.

Substances associated
with inflammation

PDE4 enzymes

The specific way EUCRISA works is not well defined.

• T
he active ingredient in EUCRISA, crisaborole 2%, is combined with our proprietary
Emollient-Rich Vehicle ointment. Ointments contain emollients, which can help lock in
moisture and soften the skin
• C
risaborole goes below the surface to target and block PDE4 enzymes inside skin cells.
Reducing PDE4 activity decreases substances in the skin that are thought to cause
inflammation related to eczema
PDE4=phosphodiesterase 4.

INDICATION
EUCRISA is a prescription ointment used on the skin (topical) to treat mild-to-moderate eczema
(atopic dermatitis) in adults and children 3 months of age and older.
