 he active ingredient in EUCRISA, crisaborole 2%, is combined with our proprietary
Emollient-Rich Vehicle ointment. Ointments contain emollients, which can help lock in
moisture and soften the skin
• C
 risaborole goes below the surface to target and block PDE4 enzymes inside skin cells.
Reducing PDE4 activity decreases substances in the skin that are thought to cause
inflammation related to eczema
PDE4=phosphodiesterase 4.

INDICATION
EUCRISA is a prescription ointment used on the skin (topical) to treat mild-to-moderate eczema
(atopic dermatitis) in adults and children 3 months of age and older.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Do not use EUCRISA if you are allergic to crisaborole or any of the ingredients in EUCRISA.
EUCRISA may cause side effects including allergic reactions at or near the application site.
These can be serious and may include hives, itching, swelling, and redness. If you have any of
these symptoms, stop using EUCRISA and get medical help right away.
The most common side effect of EUCRISA is application site pain, such as burning or stinging.

 Get the most out of your EUCRISA treatment

Apply a thin layer of EUCRISA twice daily

to affected areas
• W  ash your hands afterward, unless you’re treating your hands
• I f someone else applies EUCRISA for you, they should wash their

• S ome people may feel application site pain, such as a burning or
stinging sensation

 pplication site pain occurred in 4% of EUCRISA and 1% of vehicle-treated
clinical trial patients, and resolved within 1 day for about 3 out of 4 patients
who reported it

EUCRISA® Copay Savings Card
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the EUCRISA Copay Savings Card, you acknowledge that
you currently meet the eligibility criteria and will comply with the
terms and conditions described below:
• You are not eligible to use this card if you are enrolled in a state or
federally funded prescription insurance program, including but not
limited to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Veteran Affairs health care,
a state prescription drug assistance program, or the Government
Health Insurance Plan available in Puerto Rico (formerly known as
“La Reforma de Salud”).
• You must have commercial insurance. Offer is not valid for cash-
paying patients.
• By using this copay card at participating pharmacies, eligible
patients with commercial prescription drug insurance coverage
for EUCRISA may pay as little as $10 per tube. Eligible patients
with commercial prescription drug insurance coverage that does
not cover EUCRISA may pay as little as $100 per tube. Individual
savings are limited to $970 per tube. Individual patient savings are
limited to $3,880 in maximum total savings per calendar year.
• This copay card is not valid when the entire cost of your
prescription drug is eligible to be reimbursed by your commercial
insurance plan or any other health or pharmacy benefit program.
• You must deduct the value of this copay card from any
reimbursement request submitted to your commercial insurance
plan, either directly by you or on your behalf.
• You are responsible for reporting use of the copay card to any
commercial insurer, health plan, or other third party that pays for
or reimburses any part of the prescription filled using the copay
card, as may be required. You should not use the copay card if your
insurer or health plan prohibits use of manufacturer copay cards.
• This copay card is not valid where prohibited by law.
• Copay card cannot be combined with any other savings, free trial,
or similar offer for the specified prescription.
• Copay card will be accepted only at
participating pharmacies.
• This copay card is not health insurance.
• Offer good only in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
• Copay card is limited to 1 per person during this offering period
and is not transferable.

Important information: EUCRISA is for use on skin

What is EUCRISA?
EUCRISA is a prescription medicine used on the
skin (topical) to treat mild to moderate eczema (atopic
dermatitis) in adults and children 3 months of age
and older.
It is not known if EUCRISA is safe and effective in
children under 3 months of age.
Who should not use EUCRISA?
Do not use EUCRISA if you are allergic to crisaborole or
any of the ingredients in EUCRISA. See bottom right for
a complete list of ingredients in EUCRISA.
Before using EUCRISA, tell your healthcare provider
about all of your medical conditions, including if you:
• are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. It is not
known if EUCRISA will harm your unborn baby.
• are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is not
known if EUCRISA passes into your breast milk.
Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines
you take, including prescription and over-the-counter
medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
How should I use EUCRISA?
•U  se EUCRISA exactly as your healthcare provider tells
you to use it.
• Apply a thin layer of EUCRISA to the affected areas
2 times each day.
• Wash your hands after applying EUCRISA, unless
hands are being treated. If someone else applies
EUCRISA for you, they should wash their hands after
applying EUCRISA.

Do not use EUCRISA for a condition for which it was not
prescribed. Do not give EUCRISA to other people, even
if they have the same symptoms that you have. It may
harm them. You can ask your pharmacist or healthcare
provider for information about EUCRISA that is written
for healthcare professionals.
What are the ingredients in EUCRISA?
Active ingredient: crisaborole.
Inactive ingredients: white petrolatum, propylene
glycol, mono- and di-glycerides, paraffin, butylated
