LEAVE AND LICENCE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT FOR LEAVE AND LICENCE is made and entered into at
Mumbai on this 05th day of July, 2018, BETWEEN MR RAMPRABHAN FAGURAM
GOND(AADHAR NO – 8278 7078 7273), and adult, Indian Inhabitant occupier of room
premises situated SHOP NO 02, BUILDING NO C/28 , NATWAR PAREKH COMPOUND ,
MAHADA COLONY , GOVANDI , MUMBAI 400043 . hereinafter collectively referred to as
“THE LICENSORS” (which shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be
deemed to include his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns) of ONE PART.
AND

MR KASIF MOBIN SIDDIUQEE( AADHAR NO – 8832 6372 9031) , an adult,


Indian Inhabitant, hereinafter referred as “THE LICENSEE: (which shall unless
repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include his heirs, executors,

administrators and assigns) of OTHER PART.

WHEREAS on the request of the licensee the licensor has allowed the licensee
COMMERCIAL USE at SHOP NO 02, BUILDING NO C/28 , NATWAR PAREKH
COMPOUND , MAHADA COLONY , GOVANDI , MUMBAI 400043 . for the temporary
period of 11 months for which both the parties have agreed to do so on the
following terms and condition.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER :-

1. This agreement commence w.e.f. 10/07/2018 and expires on 09-06-2019.

2. Both the parties can terminate this agreement pre-matured provided the desiring
party should inform the other party in advance of ONE MONTH.

3. The Licensee shall pay Electricity Charges for per month regularly .

4. The Licensee shall pay the sum of Rs. 20000/- (Rs. TWENTY THOUSAND
ONLY) as a refundable security deposit to the owner.

5. THE LICENSEE shall pay 5000 / - (FIVE THOUSAND ONLY) monthly


rent .

6. THE LICENSOR shall pay monthly maintenance to ekta society.

7. The actual and physical possession of the above said room premises stand
with the first party / Licensor and the second party / Licensee shall not
claim any type of tenancy or licensor ship rights, title or interest and vacate
the same in peaceful manner.

6. The licensee should not make any changes or damages to the room premises if
the licensee makes then he/she will repair or compensate the same.

7. That the Licensee cannot make any licensor ship rights, title and interest(
except UDYOG AADHAR ) over this room premises and shall not make any
documentary evidence at the address of this room premises which may hamper
the licensor ship rights of the Licensor over this room premises.
