5:30 AM Wake Up 5 Deep Breaths (5-7 Seconds), 2-5 things I’m grateful for, 5 Minute Journal on Phone - I say my Affirmation: “I am joy. I am love. I am grati-
tude. I see, hear, feel and know the purpose of my life is to optimize human health. I am powerful, persuasive, and intentional in all that I say and do,
serving the Creator of All and walking the path towards spiritual enlightenment”.
5:45 AM Take Supplements-Metformin 1 gram, Naturethroid 60mg, 2 EMF, Swallow with Water and Caffeine (Mio Black Cherry)-Every now and then I’ll use 50
mg Modafinil in lieu of EMF.
6:00 AM Read for 30 minutes-30 Pages or More of current book. 8 Books a Month Minimum
6:30 AM Showering and Shaving Listening to the Chakra Healing Guides App on Bluetooth Speakers. Inject Test 50mgs Cypionate or Propionate
7:00 AM I drive my daughters to school for Chinese Class-20 Minutes of Checking Social Media.
7:30 AM Answer Emails and Clean Inbox-Eat a Bowl of Oatmeal
8:00 AM Grounding in Nature and Sun Gazing. Also practice visualizing my 3 Power Words-Powerful-Persuasive-Intentional
8:15 AM I will take 2 scoops of Forged Fuel (our soon to be released Pre-Workout - UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE!
8:30 AM Training at LA Fitness -Forged 3 Day Program (Same split as what’s found in the book)
9:00 AM Training at LA Fitness -Forged 3 or 4 Day Program (Same Splits as what’s found in the book)
9:30 AM Post Workout Shake of 50 gms Protein, 25 Grams Sweet Potato Powder (True Nutrition)Wife and I hit Tanning Bed for 5-7 minutes High Pressure No Burn
UV Rays. I take my Daily Supplements when I get home.

7:00 PM Either Dinner with Family or Fast Entirely 30 Hours - 2nd Dosage of Metformin 1 gm, 30 mg Naturethroid
7:15 PM If Eating, only Fat and Protein. Salad, Oil Dressing and Fish/Grass Fed Beef or Protein Powder (Mix of Casein/WPI and MCT Oil) Usually 1-2 feedings
over 2-3 hour period.

10:30 PM Alseep a half hour earlier on Fasting Days
*NOTE* if choosing to fast right through the day, I will make sure to eat Big Bowl of Oatmeal at 5:30 AM the following Morning to reglycogenate

Total Calories 1500 or Zero. 150 Grams Protein, 100 Grams Fat
