PALAGI CAFÉ started March 2024 as a home-based business which is available

thru pick ups and deliveries. Due to demands and requests coming from PALAGI
regulars, from just four original blends which are the Caramel Macchiato, Blueberry,
Strawberry and Chocolate drinks the café now has around 31 different flavors to
choose from and will keep on expanding and improving to cater the demands of the
market.

From a small home-based business, they later on moved and started the “KAPE SA
GARAHE” which is located at Bayugo Proper main road in front of Ponciano Street,

Training  At least 2 representatives shall attend the training.

 NO TRAINING = NO OPERATION / OPENING
 This should be done at least 1 week before the target

Business Permits  Franchisees will be given a copy of PALAGI

CAFE’S DTI permit.
 Other permits such as BIR, Mayor’s Permit,
Sanitary, etc. are shouldered by the franchisees.

Supplies  ALL supplies should be ordered to PALAGI CAFE

Main branch ONLY. (Except Milk and Ice)
 Failure to do so may result to termination of
contract.
 Pricelist of the supplies will be given together with
the Operational Manual.
 The supply of milk will be shouldered by the
Franchisee. (milk brand: Selecta full cream milk)
 Allow a 2-3 days lead time after sending of invoice.

 We strictly implement a PAYMENT first policy in
