APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 249-A FOR ACQUITTAL BEHALF OF


PETITIONERS/ACCUSED.

Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That Petitioner is accused in above captioned FIR wherein petitioner is


summoned for today.
2. That Petitioner has maliciously been implicated in above captioned FIR.
3. That from bare reading of the FIR and evidence collected by the IO no offence
appears to have been committed by the present petitioner.
4. That after-arrest bail of the petitioner was confirmed by the court of Atta Rabbani
ASJ of Islamabad on the base of compromised with the complainant.
5. That no incriminating evidence is available on the record to connect the accused
persons with the commission of this offence.
6. That Charge is groundless and there is no possibility of conviction.
7. That there is no possibility of conviction in the instant case and future trial would
be a futile exercise detrimental to precious time of this August Court.
8. That report u/s 173 has been submitted on 23-07-2019 and no evidence has been
came on the record till today
9. That in these circumstances there are no possibility of conviction of the accused
persons in the instant case.

Prayer:-

Under these Circumstances it is respectfully prayed that instant petition may kindly be
accepted and Petitioners may kindly be acquitted in the best interest of justice.
