People need something more than just food and we are going to lift the game by
offering additional services like painting & cooking. The idea is for customers to relax
and express their passion for painting & food. They would have the opportunity to meet
like-minded people, discuss interests and make attempts at replicating dishes from
other countries. People can convert their ideas on the canvas while enjoying food and
drinks. We can also offer people a sense of recognition by displaying their creative and
attractive paintings in our restaurant.

We want students to be our helping hands in the restaurant as part time employees so
that they can cover their living expenses during studies.

2. Background Experience & Business Success:

As MBA students, we have taken different courses that can help us start and run our
business successfully most especially in areas pertaining to Marketing, Finance and
HR Management. For example, our marketing knowledge will be used for market
research, branding and advertising. Using our Finance knowledge, we can perform
cost & benefit Analysis, Net Present Value Analysis, Pay Back Period, Profit & Loss
statements etc. for the business. Human resource management skills acquired as a
part of our program will be a cost-effective asset in acquiring fitting talents, training and
motivating them towards meeting our organizational goals and their own career
objectives simultaneously, without an immediate need to outsource or HR needs. We
have also learnt about Sustainability and we will make sure that we conduct our
business in a sustainable way to save environment.

We have also professional experience in the field of Finance, Banking & Fast-food
restaurant and this can also help us in pursuing our business idea.

• Middle class and upper class

In general, everyone who is interested in different kind of painting, international food

and importantly willing and able to spend 20 Euro or more on a session of dining and
painting.

What they Want

Food and recreational activities in one sitting, social gatherings.
Do not Want.
Unhygienic, unhealthy, unsavory food, or boredom.
Expectations
A wide variety of tasty food with amusement activities, friendly staff, efficient service &
payment safety.

Bonus Point
Waiting time has been identified as one of the biggest factors towards poor reviews for
restaurants; with guests engaged in painting, this would not be a problem, and actually
more likely to earn great reviews, since they would be otherwise engaged in a fun-filled
activity. Customers can also cook by themselves, so it would also eliminate this waiting
factor for service of the order.

4. Create, Produce & Deliver

To profitably deliver our proposed business, the restaurant will be located at a slightly
busy place and is close to Stuttgart City Centre. All Ingredients for cooking such as
meat, vegetables, species, drinks, Milk, Sugar etc. will be contracted to a supplier who
will get them delivered at our Restaurant. We will arrange an agreement with farmers
directly as a backup for supplies to have fresh supply.
Then according to customer orders, we will make food & drinks and serve them at our
restaurant or deliver at their doorstep with the help of Lieferando, a food delivery
service. And just like our onsite experience, home delivered meals would come with
the option painting supplies (at the customer’s request).

We will order painting related items like, Canvas, Painting brush, Paints etc. from Ali-
Express on frequently basis.

We would offer these services while maintaining quality standards and in accordance
with existing regulations.
