EKG Security, Inc. is pleased to offer you the position of Security Officer. Your compensation will be
$ per hour, payable bi-weekly. We reserve the right to adjust your pay rate based on the site to
which you are assigned. Although overtime is unusual, we do, of course pay time and one-half for overtime.
Training pay is paid at the prevailing minimum wage in , currently $ per
hour. If you quit without giving, and working, a two-week notice, the hours paid on your final check will be paid at
the prevailing minimum wage in , currently $ per hour.

EKG Security, Inc. does not offer employees formal contracts of employment. Rather, all employment is “at will,”
meaning that either you or EKG Security, Inc. may end your employment at any time for any reason.

This offer of employment is given pending the results of your drug screening, criminal background check, and
professional reference checks. Should EKG Security, Inc. find cause to rescind this offer of employment for any
reason, you will be notified in writing.

The cost of the criminal background check is $17.50 which will be deducted from your first check. Upon
termination, this fee is non-refundable. The uniforms deposit is $150.00 , which will be deducted (Bi weekly) in
$25.00 increments. A deposit will be refunded after 30 days, if the uniforms are returned in the same condition
(exception of normal wear and tear).

Additionally, if you are working in a state that requires an additional background check, fingerprinting, or licensing
fees, you will be notified, in writing, of the respective fees for those items and the amounts that will be deducted
from your check.

By signing below, you are accepting this offer of employment pending the results of your drug screening, criminal
background check, and professional reference checks. You also verify that you can perform the essential functions
of this job.
