FNB Business
Account

Dear Customer

Your FNB Business Account was opened successfully and awaits activation.

To activate your account please complete the below steps


Once the steps have been completed you will be contacted to activate your account.

Step 1: Send us the following documentation


Please send the following documents to businessaccountdocs1@fnb.co.za:

Proof of operating address (E.g. Utility bill/ municipal account /


retail accounts – not older than 3 months OR property agreement /
rental agreement – not older than 12 months)
Identity document

Step 2: Fund your account now


To activate your account, please deposit any amount into your new FNB
Business Account by doing an EFT or by visiting your nearest FNB Branch or ATM.
Your FNB Business Account card will be delivered to you by our couriers/ branch de-
pending on your selection as per telephonic agreement, who will call to arrange a conve-
nient date and time for delivery. Should you need any further assistance with your ac-
count, please feel free to contact our Business Banking Helpdesk on 0877 FNB 247
(0877 362 247) select Account Opening (Option 2).
