Must Objective: 1. The Silverstar Chemica Company must stop dumping its industrial
waste into the local river and must treat the substance to neutralize its potentially
injurious effects.

Want Objective: 1. To maintain its competitive advantage and avoid raising operating
costs, which could potentially lead to unemployment for 10,000 local employees and
the collapse of the town's economy.
