SUPERFLEX FARE

Our Superflex fare is an additional service (“the Service” or “this Service”) which can be added to your
flight while booking on our site. It is offered directly by Vacaciones eDreams, S.L., a company duly
incorporated in Spain and registered in the Trade Registry of Madrid, with registered office address at
Calle de Manzanares 4, planta 1, oficina 108, 28005, Madrid Spain and with the tax ID number
B-61965778 (“we” or “us”).

By adding our Superflex fare to your flight booking, you will enjoy a series of additional advantages and
services on top of those included in our basic fare:

1.- Flexible name guarantee.

2.- Flexible travel dates guarantee.

3.- Post-booking changes free of handling charges.

4.- Cancel for any reason guarantee.

5.- Priority attention.

The details of each one of these benefits are explained below.

To enjoy the advantages of our Superflex fare, make your selection from the different fare options provided
when you are booking a flight on our site. Superflex fare can only be added when the trip is being booked,
not once the booking is completed. It will not be added if the trip is modified.

Our Superflex fare must be purchased for all travellers in a group. Please note that it does not apply for
groups of more than nine (9) persons.

Our Superflex fare is only valid for flight bookings.

Our Superflex fare is not applicable to other products sold on our sites, including train tickets, hotels,
dynamic packages (Flight + Hotel), etc.

Our Superflex fare may not be applicable to some airline tickets offered, such as those sold by third parties
through our site, which will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of said third party.

Restrictions apply in the case of Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” shall mean an event beyond our
reasonable control, which event (a) does not arise or result from our fault or negligence and (b) by its nature
would not reasonably have been foreseen by us, or, if it would reasonably have been foreseen, was
unavoidable, and includes acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, embargoes, epidemics, war, riots,
insurrections, fires, explosions, earthquakes, floods, unusually severe weather conditions, labour conflicts
or unavailability of parts.

We reserve the right to deny purchase of this Superflex fare to any customer suspected of fraud.
1. Flexible Name Guarantee
Our Superflex fare includes a Flexible Name Guarantee which gives customers the flexibility to change the
full name of one of the passengers of the flight tickets of their booking. This contractual guarantee begins
at the time of booking and expires 24 hours before the journey starts, determined by the departure date
and time for the first flight included in the booking.

Request a name change


With this Flexible Name Guarantee, you will be able to change the name of one of the passengers of your
booking, being replaced for the details of another person.

Scope of the Flexible Name Guarantee


The Flexible Name Guarantee includes:
• The change of name of one passenger in the flight tickets included in the booking, so long as the
original flights were booked with our Flexible Fare.

The Flexible Name Guarantee is not applicable to:


• The price of any subscription contracted by the customer.
• Any insurance paid by the customer.
• Any ancillary attached to the flight ticket, as baggage or seat selection.
• The costs of any travel service other than a flight booking (as defined herein), such as trains,
hotels, car hire, activities, etc.

Conditions applicable to the guarantee:


This Flexible Name Guarantee is subject to the following compulsory conditions having been met:
• When requesting the change, the Flexible Name Guarantee must be used for all flights in that
specific passenger’s name included in the booking. That means that the flights must be exactly
the same and with the same conditions as those included in said ticked (origin and destination,
flight number, company, date, timetable, passenger type, class). E.g., it is not possible to
change a child's ticket for an adult's one.
• It can only be used once.
• The name/s change must be requested no later than 24 hours before the departure time and
date of the original outbound flight. If you ask for a name/s changer later than this, the Flexible
Name Guarantee will not apply.
• The application of this guarantee is subject to the availability of new tickets in the same
flight/s of the original booking for which the name change is requested; that means that the
tickets for that flight must be not sold out.
• Flexible Name Guarantee will not cover any costs for which the passengers may be
compensated for by a third party.
• The maximum amount covered by this guarantee is the price paid for the flight ticket for which
the name is changed, excluding any ancillary or additional product. If the new ticket as a
result of the name change has a higher price than the original ticket, you will be asked to pay
the difference.
• This benefit is not cumulative with Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee and/or Cancel for Any
Reason Guarantee. Once you have benefited from one, you can no longer use the others.

How to use the Flexible Name Guarantee:


• To make use of Flexible Name Guarantee, you have to click the section “Manage my booking” of
the website and follow the instructions. If needed, you can also contact us by phone. To find out
the telephone number you can access the chat and type "phone number".

2. Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee

Our Superflex fare includes a Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee which gives customers the flexibility to
change the dates of their flight tickets. This contractual guarantee begins at time of booking and expires
24 hours before the journey starts, determined by the departure date and time for the booking.
All travelers in your party must have this guarantee to be able to rebook a trip.

Make a new booking


With this Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee you will be able to rebook your flight ticket if you are unable to
travel with the original flight for any reason. The maximum amount that we will reimburse you will be either
100% of the cost of your original flight ticket or 100% of the cost of the rebooked flight ticket, whichever is
the lesser amount.

The rebooking must be made no later than 24 hours before the departure time and date of the original
outbound flight. If you rebook your ticket later than this, the Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee will not apply.

Scope of the Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee


The Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee includes:
● The flight ticket costs charged by the airline, so long as the original flight was booked with
our Superflex fare.
● Ancillary services of luggage and seats included in the original flight booking.

The Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee does not include:


● The service fees or subscription fee charged by us.
● The cost of our Superflex fare purchased with the original ticket flight.
● Any insurance premiums paid by the customer.
● Costs for anything other than a flight booking (as defined herein), such as trains, hotels, car hire,
activities, etc.
● Any costs associated with changing passengers or passenger details on the rebooked flight as
compared to the original flight.
Conditions applicable to the guarantee
This Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee is subject to the following compulsory conditions having been met:
● When requesting the modification, the Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee must be used for all
passengers and all flights at the same time. It can only be used once. Flight changes must be
done with the same Airline and the same origin and destination airports as the original flight.
● The Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee will be used for all travelers on the original booking.
● The customer must rebook their new flight through us. If a flight is not rebooked through
us, the Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee will not apply
● You may rebook your flight(s) up to 24 hours prior to the departure date and time of the original flight.
If flight is rebooked after this time, the Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee will not apply.
● The rebooked flight must depart within sixty (60) days on either side (before or after) of the original
flight departure date.
● This benefit is not cumulative with Flexible Name Guarantee and/or Cancel for Any Reason. Once
you have benefited from one, you can no longer use the other.

How to use the Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee:


● To use Flexible Travel Dates Guarantee, you have to click the section “Manage my booking” of the
website or the app and follow the instructions. If needed, you can also contact us in the section
"Contact us" of the website or the app.
● Refunds are normally processed within 10 days from the date the rebooking is requested.
● We will not cover any costs for which the passengers may be compensated for by a third party.

3. Post-booking changes free of handling charges.


By adding our Superflex fare to your booking, changes and cancellations will be free of our handling
charges. These changes may be made as many times as the fare allows (please note this does not cover
the providers’ fees and conditions).

4. Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee


• By adding the Our Superflex fare when you are booking your trip, you can enjoy our Cancel
for Any Reason Guarantee, which grants you a refund for the amount of your booking travel
costs minus a 20% fee if you need to cancel your trip, regardless of the reason. We do not
require any type of documentation or justification.
• If you modify your trip, this contractual guarantee will not apply to the new trip.

• This contractual guarantee will expire 24 hours before the journey starts, determined
by the departure date and time for the booking.
• The Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee is only valid for travel on scheduled flights.
• Restrictions apply in the case of force majeure
Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee conditions:

• The cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before departure time and date of the
original outbound flight that should have taken place. If you cancel your ticket later, the Cancel
for Any Reason Guarantee will not apply. In addition, if you do not show up on time for your trip,
or have faulty documentation that prevents you from boarding (such as the wrong name on the
ticket, the wrong date, no visa, no valid passport, etc.) the contractual guarantee will not apply.

• Cancellation must be made to us by telephone at +44 2076602213. Should the cancellation


occur outside our opening hours shortly before the flight is set to depart, you should cancel
directly with the airline. You must read the above conditions and ensure that you meet all of these
conditions before cancelling your trip in order to ensure that you will successfully receive a refund
under the Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee.

• The maximum compensation amount for cancellations with the Cancel for Any Reason
Guarantee is €5,000 per person and €45,000 per trip. Amounts above this are not covered by
our Contractual Guarantee.

• The Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee must be used for all passengers and all flights on
the booking at the same time. This service can only be used once.

• In the case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded the full cost of the booking minus a
20% excess fee. Booking costs refer to the airfare of the trip booked through us. We do not
refund the booking fee under the Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee or any other charges like
our fees, service options, bags, seats or any other insurance product.

• On trips that include a return trip (round trip) flight, the Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee can
only be used 24 hours before departure of the first flight. It is not possible to cancel only one
part of the flight (e.g. only the outbound flight or only the inbound flight) with the Cancel for
Any Reason Guarantee.

• We will only ever refund to the account that you originally purchased your ticket through.

• Refunds are normally made within a maximum of 10 working days from the cancellation date.

• We will not cover any amount of the booking for which the passengers can be
refunded/compensated by a third party, including total and/or partial compensation resulting from
any third party in case of a force majeure event.

• In case of a force majeure event, the customer can be refunded (i) the amount paid for the
Cancel for Any Reason service and (ii) the taxes refunded to us by the airlines (unless directly
refunded by the airlines to the customer). The 10 days refund period does not apply in case of
force majeure.
• Before processing the refund, we reserve the right to request from you and/or from the airline
any information or evidence confirming the cancellation of the flight and/or the amounts directly
refunded by the airline for the flight cancelled. If a specific mandate, power of attorney,
authorization, etc. is required by the airline in order for us to cancel the flight on your behalf or
check the status of a cancelled flight, you undertake to provide us with all the necessary
authorization/documentation. Failing to provide such authorization/ documentation, we are
entitled to suspend the refund payment or voucher compensation.

• We reserve the right to deny issuance of the refund in case of fraud or misuse.

5. Priority assistance:
By adding our Superflex fare to your booking, you will enjoy a preferential customer service by using the
free and exclusive telephone number and an email address for obtaining support regarding any issue
concerning your booking. The details of this priority phone number will be sent to you in the confirmation
mail of your booking.
