RE: REQUEST FOR UPDATING THE REAL PROPERTY

TAX RECORDS OF REYNALDO FOSTER

We hope this letter reaches you well.

We write on behalf of our client, MR. REYNALDO FOSTER (“Mr. Foster” for brevity)
in reference to the assessment obtained from your office last ___________. The
assessment shows that the lot 1418-H-1-E includes the following names and
improvements as follows:

1. Reynaldo Foster (Land)

2. Reynaldo Foster (Building)
3. Maximo Francisco M/To Marina Francisco
4. Victor Borje M/T Irene Borje
5. Bayani Requiso M/To Pracedes Requiso

Accordingly, the names Maximo Francisco M/To Marina Francisco and Bayani
Requiso M/To Pracedes Requiso were incorrectly included and recorded to the
above-mentioned lot as those were owners and occupants of a property across Mr.
Foster’s property. While Victor Borje M/T Irene Borje is the owner of the other
portion of the lot 1418 which was already subject to a Partition Agreement executed
by the parties last _____________.

Thus, we would like to formally request to remove the names which were included
and to issue a new assessment bearing the correct details for the subject lot. We
have attached the following documents for your reference:

A. Copy of the Special Power of Attorney as Annex “A”

 B. Copy of Sworn Affidavit of Lot Owner as Annex “B”
C. Copy of the Joint Affidavit of Witness as Annex “C”
D. Copy of the Partition Agreement as Annex “D”
