● High cost public aide generated on annualized special education
costs that meet or exceed district threshold dollar amount.
● High cost students are (1) in-district students with 1:1 aides and
receiving multiple services and (2) BOCES students that meet
threshold
● Threshold is set at $57,909. The 2021-2022 threshold was
$51,906. For reference, 2018-2019 was $44,430.
● Our projected high cost aid for 2023-2024 is still pending.
