from NCBI and use it as your template. Then, search
this sequence at NCBI to find out similarity and add
sequence in notepad using fasta format and give file
name as your Regd. No. for assignment submission
Select a Sequence from NCBI: Go to the NCBI
website (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/).
Use the search bar to find a sequence that interests
you.
And I chose the corona virus with Nucleotide
sequence
Assignment 2: Do complete alignment and take
screenshots. Then, paste in word file and give
name to file as your Regd. No

First we install the clustal Software

Construct Phylogenetic tree and then paste in word
file and given name to file as suggested above.
First of all, we installed the mega 11 software
