The Antagonist:
Ravana
Ravana, the formidable ten-headed demon king of Lanka, stands as the
primary antagonist in the Ramayana. Blessed with immense power and
burdened by an insatiable ego, Ravana's abduction of Rama's beloved
wife Sita sets in motion the epic's dramatic conflict and Rama's heroic
quest to rescue her.
The Abduction of Sita

Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana live in peaceful exile in the Dandaka forest, until
the evil Ravana plots to lure them away.
2 Ravana's Deception
