MEMORANDUM on CNX PH Cost Per Brand Deduction Matrix

Employees with Concentrix-issued assets are subject to the conditions below:

The employee shall be responsible in maintaining the equipment/assets assigned to him/her. All assigned
equipment/assets shall be kept in good condition. Defective equipment/assets shall be immediately
reported to the immediate supervisor/IT Team of the site for evaluation and replacement. Defective
equipment/assets shall be subject to inspection to determine if the defect is attributable to the employee.

The employee shall be responsible in coordinating with his/her immediate superior for the return of the
issued equipment/assets upon severance of employment, whether voluntary or involuntary, including
resignation, termination for just cause, non-regularization, among others.

Should the employee fail to return the issued equipment/assets or if a defect in the issued
equipment/asset be determined to have been caused by the employee upon technical assessment, the
FULL amount corresponding to the value of the equipment/item shall be deducted from the employee’s
payroll through salary deduction (for non-separated employees) and from the employee’s final pay, if any,
(for separated employees) in accordance with the Company’s Code of Discipline and Ethics.

The employee acknowledge that his/her failure to return the equipment/items in good working condition
is a breach of his/her undertaking under this Memorandum. In such case, and if his/her final pay is
insufficient to pay the FULL amount corresponding to the value of the equipment/items, the employee
agrees that he/she will be liable for liquidated damages equivalent to the deficiency.

The value of the asset to be deducted will be based on the actual brand and model in the matrix. In case
the exact model of the asset is not available in the matrix, the value to be deducted shall be that of the
most similar asset listed in the matrix. The value of the assets may be adjusted from time to time and
updates will be made accessible to the employees through the Concentrix Core or other communication
channels.
