Construction:
Core : Black colour,Synthetic rubber resistant to oil and water
Reinforcement :Four or six high tensile steel wire spirals

Cover : Red colour synthetic rubber resistant to fire ,

abrasion,oil,weather & ozone
Working Temperature : ‐40°C to +121 °C
Applicable Standard : Polyhose proprietary

Application :
Fire shield hose is mainly used for hydraulic control of flame preventer. Operating pressure is 5000PSI, it can
be directly exposed to flame for more than 5 min at the temperature of 800°C, to ensure control system can
be operated under emergencies.
