At the School of Entrepreneurial Engineers e.V, our mission is to empower Talents like you to ideate,
innovate, and launch successful startups. Whether you're a student with a seedling idea or an
aspiring entrepreneur with a vision, we're here to provide you with the tools, guidance, and support
you need to thrive in the world of entrepreneurship.
Our Aim:
Throughout our program, our aim is to equip you with the necessary skills and resources to develop
a software product primed for market entry. By the program's conclusion, you will have undergone a
comprehensive journey, from research, ideation to execution, resulting in a self-developed and
market-ready solution.
To ensure you are fully prepared for the challenges ahead, we offer a thorough training program
before you begin working on your project. This includes a 2-week intensive training period designed
to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed for success. We welcome motivated
individuals at various stages of their careers eager to learn and grow, providing them with the
support and training necessary to thrive in our program.

- Funding and Investor Engagement: Hone your pitching skills and begin your search for
funding to support your startup's growth.
Whether you're a student exploring entrepreneurship or an individual with a startup idea ready to
take flight, we welcome you to join our vibrant community of innovators and changemakers. Our
startup teams typically consist of two junior Full-Stack developers, a Product Owner, and a Business
Developer.
The School of Entrepreneurial Engineers e.V. is committed to cultivating a diverse and dynamic
community of aspiring entrepreneurs. We seek individuals who are passionate about innovation,
eager to learn, and prepared to transform their ideas into successful startups.
Our ideal candidates are motivated individuals at various stages of their careers, ranging from recent
graduates to seasoned professionals, who share a common goal of entrepreneurship and innovation.
They should possess a keen interest in technology, a strong desire to learn, and a willingness to
found their startup after the program and grow within our supportive community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write Clean, Scalable Code: Develop robust and efficient applications, ensuring they are optimized
for performance and scalability.
- Engage in Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and problem-solving to
identify and resolve issues, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside a team of experts, including business and tech
professionals, contributing to a cohesive and efficient project development process that meets user
needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with Business Team and Users: Engage with the business team and end-users to gather
feedback and iteratively improve the product, ensuring it aligns with market demands and user
expectations.
- Project Management Tools: Use project management and version control tools (such as Git, JIRA,
or Trello) to track progress, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Business Developer:
- Explore and Research: Identify cutting-edge trends and technologies to enhance business
development strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- Prospecting: Develop proactive customer prospecting strategies to identify and engage potential
clients, expanding our market reach.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and segmentation to uncover opportunities
for collaboration with established companies, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-
making.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain meaningful client relationships to foster
long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to
closing deals, to ensure optimal outcomes and revenue generation.
- Marketing: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services,
increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Business Leadership: Lead and inspire the business development team, setting clear goals and
driving the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Product Owner:
- Collaborate with Customers: Conduct user research to understand customer objectives and craft
seamless user journeys, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.
- Transform Requirements: Convert business requirements into actionable specifications for the
design and tech teams through the development of detailed user stories, ensuring a focus on UX/UI
best practices.
- Product Roadmap and Project Management: Own the product roadmap, running the project from
inception to completion, ensuring effective execution and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and Maintain Testing Tools: Continuously develop, maintain, and improve testing tools
and frameworks to uphold the quality of components, ensuring a reliable and high-quality product.
