About us

 We are Georgian company Badagoni .wine company story starts in 2006 in the heart
of Georgian wine-making - Kakheti region, village of Zemo Khodasheni. Through years we
have enjoyed outstanding success with a range of site-specific local wines, that are among the
best in Georgia. Following the unique Georgian traditions of winemaking and at the same
time using the most advanced technologies and scientific knowledge existing in the wine
industry, the company was growing year by year and today we can state rather boldly that
Badagoni has the most advanced winery in the whole Eastern Europe.
  Badagoni is the place where unique Georgian traditions and the modern world meet
each other and merge harmoniously and as a result enables us to produce great Georgian
wine. Thus, we hope the story that started in 2006, will continue forever.

Badagon products

Badagoni's product range includes still wines, sparkling wines and chacha (grape vodka). It

should be noted that all of these are created only from Georgian grape varieties. Among the

wines of Badagon, both Georgian trainings and wines created by the European method are

not known. Kvevri wine "Alaverdi tradition" is especially noteworthy, in the 9th century

cellar of Alaverdi monastery. The restoration of this historical cellar was done in 2006 by

"Badagoni". Badagoni Winery is a harmonious place of unique Georgian traditions and

modernity, which is hopefully reflected in the history that began in 2006.

History
Unique aboriginal grape varieties Today, the existence of more than 530 varieties has been
confirmed in nine wine-growing regions of Georgia. More than 425 varieties of them have
survived to this day. The grape varieties are collected in the collection plots, and the rest are
in the process of finding. Some of them are widespread, most are rare, and more are
preserved in private collections or experimental farms.

 The pitcher is a unique method Georgia is famous for its unique winemaking methods. The
tradition of making wine in kvevri is the main sign that distinguishes Georgian wine from all
other wines in the world.

 Badagon increases profits

 The company increases the sales value by 23.3% to 33.3 million GEL, therefore the company
registers a total profit of 14.5 million GEL. In 2021, Badagoni increases the salaries of
employees by 24.3% and fixes 5 million GEL. The company increases its capital to 31.3
million GEL, and its assets to 59.2 million GEL.
