MEASUREMENTS

This is a measurement based pattern. It can be made to fit

any size body.
Gauge is not important for this pattern.
You will need the following measurements:

Measurement A: From underbust to nipple: __________in/cm

Measurement B: Width of breast at bottom: __________in/cm
Measurement C: Underbust: __________ in/cm
CUPS
Make a starting chain that is the length of
Measurement A.
Row 1: Hdc in the second ch from hook and
each ch until you reach the last ch. In last
ch, (hdc twice, ch1, 2 hdc) in same st.
Working on the opposite side of your chain,
Hdc in each ch to end. Turn

Row 2: Ch1, Hdc in each st until you reach

the ch1 space. In ch1 space, (2hdc, ch1,
2hdc). Hdc in each st to end. Turn

Rows 3 and on: Repeat Row 2 until your cup

bottom is one row away from measurement
B.

Last row: Repeat Row 2 until you reach the

ch1 space. Hdc 2 times in ch1 space, ch 70
(or as long as necessary for your straps), sc
in the first back bump of ch from hook and
each back bump until you reach your ch1
space. Hdc 2 times in ch1 sp and each st to
end.

Fasten off the FIRST CUP ONLY.

Repeat the steps above to make your

second cup and DO NOT FASTEN OFF

When making your cups, you

will have an equal number of sts
on each side of your ch1 space.
THE BODY
Continue on second cup:
Row 1: Turn so that you are working along the bottom of your cup, ch1, Hdc across the bottom of the
cup.
Make a chain that will reach across your back (look at the picture and description below for
measurements)
Hdc along the bottom of your first cup.Turn

Row 2: Ch1, Hdc in each st across. Turn

Rows 3 and on: Repeat Row 2 until you reach desired length. I made this section 4 inches/10 cm on
my cover photo. Fasten off.

Front Ties

Attach yarn at first row of hdc where they attach to your cup. Ch 51 (or desired length). Sc in the
first back bump of ch and in each back bump until you reach your cup. Sl st to the first st of cup.
Fasten off.

Repeat on second cup.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

the red line in the picture should equal measurement C (underbust)

(Keep in mind that yarn stretches so you may want to make it
slightly less than your measurement.)

I recommend testing it out/putting it on to see if it’s snug

enough
FLOWER
EMBROIDERY
Start by making a knot and
bringing up the needle,then
put the needle back in right
next to where you came out.
Without pulling it all the
way through, weave it up
and out of the fabric a small
distance away. This will be
your stitch, or petal, length.
Now, take the thread and
wrap it around the needle.
Pull the thread all the way
through to create a loop.
Anchor the loop by bringing
the thread back down just
on the other side of the
loop.Continue working
around the first petal until
you have a complete flower.
