REF: Request of 4,500,000/= as participation fee in Cyber Security and

Forensics Course

I am writing to request the fund mentioned above to facilitate the payment of training
fees for nine (9) staff from the Department of Information and Communications
Technology (DICT) who will participate in cyber security and forensic online course
scheduled to start in March 2024.

This training program aligns perfectly with the needs and objectives of our directorate.
It will equip our staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to detect, prevent, and
respond to cyber security incidents effectively. The cost for each participant is 500,000/=
and therefore for nine participant the total is 4,500,000/=

Attached to this letter, please find detailed information about the course and List of
participants.
