How to do laundry

1. Sort clothes into three separate piles.

a. Light colors
b. Dark colors
c. Vibrant colors

2. Throw one of the piles into the washing machine to be washed.

a. For light colors use a little bleach to make the white clothes brighter. Pour a cup of
bleach into the cup marked bleach inside of the washer.
b. For the vibrant colored clothes, wash them on cold so that the colors don’t bleed onto
each other.

3. Add detergent to the cup marked detergent inside of the washing machine. Use the included
cup that comes with the detergent to measure out how much to add to the load.

4. If the laundry has a strong smell, add a little vinegar or baking soda to the load to get rid of
the odor.

5. Pick the desired settings for the load being washed. Most loads can be washed on the cold
setting, but if the load is very dirty and all of the colors in the load are the same, hot or warm
water can be used to help get the tough dirt out of the clothes.

6. Pick the level of how soiled the clothes are out of light, medium and heavy. Once you have
your settings selected, hit start.

7. After the laundry has finished washing, open the washing machine and pull everything out of
the washer and put it into the dryer immediately.

8. Pick the desired settings on the dryer.

a. The heat settings can vary from fluff air to very hot.
b. Pick the dryness of the clothes. Some should be very dry while others should only be dry
depending on the material.

9. Make sure the lint trap in the dryer is cleared out to prevent lint buildup.

10. Start the dryer.

11. Once the clothes are finished drying, they can be folded and put away.
