This is in relation to PO No. 24-04-0406 dated April 24, 2024, received by us on May 22,
2024. We delivered the items last May 28, 2024; however, 1 item was returned to us due to
non-compliance with the technical specifications. We were made to understand that the
specifications for the Cotton buds, 100 tips are for the number of tips and not the number
of stems. With this, we would like to request a change in the specifications so we can comply
with the specifications required by the MMS.
