Cooperation Agreement on April 8th in Shanghai. and Plant

Mr. Martin Liu, Director of Overseas Investment Control
Department of CHINT, and Mr. Carlos López, Chief
Revenue Of�cer of PVH, sealed the agreement,
marking the beginning of an enhanced partnership
between these two leader organizations. Dr. Lu  
Chuan, President of CHINT New Energy, and Mr.
Iván Higueras, CEO of Gransolar Group, graced the
event as witnesses, underscoring their
commitment to further collaboration.

The agreement signi�es the establishment of a

long-term, robust, and multi-dimensional
relationship, leveraging the strengths and
resources of both entities to capitalize on global
market opportunities. PVH will provide solar
trackers for CHINT’s solar projects, aimed at
maximizing energy yield and project revenue over
time. In return, CHINT will support PVH with its
high-quality solar panels, inverters, Battery Energy
Storage Systems (BESS), and High Voltage (HV)
transformers for PVH’s projects, alongside offering
comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction (EPC) as well as Operation and
Maintenance (O&M) services and expertise.

Carlos López, CRO of PVH, expressed his

enthusiasm about the alliance, stating that “this
partnership represents a tremendous opportunity
for both PVH and CHINT to leverage each other’s
strengths and expertise. Together, we can create
innovative solutions that drive growth and success
in the renewable energy industry.”

solutions and control systems for the global solar
energy market. Each product designed by PVH can
be easily installed on any type of terrain and is
prepared to withstand high winds and extreme
climates, supporting any type of module. Founded

in 2011, PVH has supplied more than 29GW to

photovoltaic plants operating across �ve
continents. It is currently the world’s third largest
supplier of solar trackers and structures and has
the expertise to properly manage solar projects of
any capacity, anywhere.

This mutual cooperation is poised to unlock new

opportunities and expand market share for both
CHINT and PVH in global markets, including the
American and European sectors. The signing of the
Strategy Cooperation Agreement represents a
signi�cant milestone for both companies,
demonstrating CHINT’s commitment to
comprehensive globalization and reaf�rming its
position as a trusted brand synonymous with
strength and quality.
