OUTLINE OF THE STATE CASE

Facts

1. The Complainant in this case is the State

2. The accused persons are male adults residing at Ishemunyoro Village, Chief Nyoka Featherstone.
3. The two are Uncle and Nephew respectively.
4. On 25 December 2023 at Chambara business Centre the two accused persons were celebrating
Christmas holidays with other villagers
5. The two allegedly got drunk and started hailing insults towards other people threatening their
peace.
6. They were subsequently arrested.
7. The accused acted unlawfully.
