Dear Miss Umbay,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. My name is CJ G. Bejec-Patatag, and I am
a student enrolled in the Program BTVTED-CCT 1-1. On behalf of my colleagues, I am writing
to formally request permission to utilize the CTU Covered Court for our upcoming Culmination
Activity, scheduled to take place on May 15, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The said activity is
in regards to this three (3) courses, Competencies in Agri-Fishery Arts (BTVTED TLE – 129),
Competencies in Home Economics (BTVTED TLE – 127), and Facilitating Learner-Centered
Approach (ED 123). Where we will demonstrate the knowledge and skills we acquired in this
coursework.
The CTU Covered Court has been identified as an ideal venue due to its ample space and
convenient location for accommodating both participants and attendees. As responsible
students, we assure you that we will adhere to all rules and regulations governing the use of the
facility and will take full responsibility for its upkeep before, during, and after the event.
We understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of the CTU Covered Court and
pledge to treat the premises with the utmost respect.
