Dear Ms. Santos,

We have the pleasure in confirming the engagement with our Company


effective May 3, 2024 as Cashier it being understood that the first six months
constitute probationary period, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your acceptance for employment is subject to your submission and our


acceptance of the pre-employment documents required by our Human
Resources Department.

2. Your salary will be P 610.00 (Basic) per day.

3. You may be assigned or transferred to any branch, department or section of


the company without additional compensation, entirely of its discretion.

4. You may be assigned to do inventory-taking or to any time shift or schedule


as the company may deem fit. You may be required to do overtime work with
the corresponding compensation provided by law.

5. You shall strictly abide by all existing company rules and regulations, as well
as those which may hereafter be issued by the company in connection with
your work and/or for the best interest of the company.

6. The company may terminate your employment earlier if your services are no
longer needed and/or for causes inimical to the interest of the company, such
as, but not limited to, acts of dishonesty, negligence, immorality, neglect of
duty, commission of a crime, violation of company rules and regulations.

7. During your probationary period, you shall undergo a periodic assessment to


cover job performance factors, attendance and productivity. Your
regularization shall be based on meeting these standards satisfactorily.
