Day 1: Tablet Delivery and Orientation at Fetalvero Mingoa Memorial School

In pursuit of fostering a digitally-enabled education environment, the Department of Education

(DepEd) embarked on a transformative initiative at Fetalvero Mingoa Memorial School. The focal
point of the first day was the delivery of tablets to the eager students, accompanied by a
comprehensive orientation on the efficient utilization of these learning resources.

The day began with a warm reception by school officials, teachers, and excited students at Fetalvero
Mingoa Memorial School. A team from DepEd, equipped with a fleet of tablets, engaged in a
carefully orchestrated distribution process. Tablets, preloaded with educational software and
resources, were distributed to students across different grade levels.

Following the tablet distribution, an orientation session took place to familiarize both students and
teachers with the functionality and features of the devices. The orientation emphasized not only the
technical aspects but also the integration of these tools into the learning process. Teachers provided
guidance on incorporating digital resources into lesson plans, fostering interactive learning
experiences, and addressing any queries or concerns.

Day 2: Groundbreaking Ceremony for CSC Building in San Agustin

The second day of the initiative was marked by a significant event—the groundbreaking ceremony
for the construction of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) building in San Agustin. This event aimed
at enhancing the infrastructure and facilities to further support educational activities and
administrative functions.

The ceremony commenced with dignitaries, school administrators, government officials, and
community leaders gathering to celebrate this milestone. Speeches highlighted the collaborative
effort between DepEd, local authorities, and the community to invest in education infrastructure.

As the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony took place, there was a palpable sense of optimism and
excitement about the positive impact the new building would have on the overall educational
experience in San Agustin. The event served not only as a physical construction kickoff but also as a
symbol of the community's commitment to advancing education.
