In behalf of Pagsangahan Integrated School we are writing to request permission to use the Pagsangahan
Evacuation Area for our upcoming Commencement Exercises on May 31, 2024. We are excited to celebrate
this milestone event with our graduating students and their families, and we believe that your venue would
be an ideal location for this occasion.
Along with this we would also want to request permission in using the venue for students practice starting
tomorrow Friday May 24-29 2024.
We anticipate that the ceremony will attract approximately 100 attendees, including graduates, faculty, staff,
and guests. We understand that your venue may have specific rules and regulations regarding events, and we
are willing to work with you to ensure that our event is conducted in a manner that is respectful of your
property and other events.
We would like to request the following accommodations:
 Use of the Stage and Hall for the ceremony
 Access to the venue's parking facilities including at least 2 Comfort Rooms.
We are happy to provide any additional information or support required to make this event a success.
Please let us know if this is feasible for your venue, and if so, what arrangements need to be made. We
