comparing OPD chart.
• Get all fabric approvals from PD team ( Like Lab dips, AOP.. etc)
to release the FR requirement with all approvals to internal
fabric team to get it in-house on time.
• Review the product with LOF to freeze the Trims requirement to
order the bulk in one working day to maintain the time line.
• Track the fabric status and Trims status by style wise to make
sure to feed the style as per our loading plan.
• Make sure to send the Counter sample with all actuals and get it
approved from H&M to start with productions.
• Based on counter sample comments, need to conduct PPM
meeting with internal QA & production team to clear all tech
concerns before proceeding with productions.
• As a merchant contribution in PPM meeting, H&M having
country wise label requirement as we need to clear the
additional labels and stickers requirement to our production
team.
• Being a self-reliant supplier, need to make sure about testing
clearance and all documents clearance before shipment.
• Place the booking in DAMCO website as per TOD wise shipment
to clear the shipment.
