Merchandiser
Taking care marketing & merchandising responsible for merchandising & production
management, including sampling, fit & preproduction’s approvals , fabric trim maintenance
approvals, testing, gold seals, works with QA’s for timely inspection &delivery update the
buyer & the production status.
Able to solved the problem and organized the task (time & action) to meet the deadline.
Co-ordinate with buyer’s/agencies for approval fabric, strike off, lap dips, trims, lap testing
and etc.
Conducted regularly meeting once a week with production planning dept and production
management department with a view to update the daily activities.
Tracks the development and production merchandising issue. follow up of trims & fabric
deliveries to make sure in-house on time with good quality and quantities.
Monitoring the subordinates to ensure that booking yarn, fabric & accessories as well as
daily knitting, dyeing &RMG production status, trims & fabrics inventory and supporting
factory to do production smoothly.
 Developed sample-as per buyer product package /specifications, approval of line review
sample, fit sample with comments, size set, marketing samples, Pre-production sample and
shipment sample etc.
Sourcing of trims, fabric &sub-contacted factory for yarn dyeing, printing, embroidery &sewing
